Deep drawing

For deep drawing we use hydraulic presses from 100 t up to 250 t. Double action deep draw hydraulic presses have two slide acting - top and bottom.

The biggest advantage of these presses is the ability to carry out drawing speed and pressure force in every process cycle.

100 t press top slide length – 500 mm, bottom – 400 mm. Maximum dimensions for deep draw parts: length 300 mm, width up to 400 mm, height 250 mm.

250 t press top slide length 800 mm, bottom – 630 mm. Maximum dimensions for deep draw parts: length 600 mm, width up to 800 mm height 450 mm.

Tools size for these presses up to 1000x1500 mm.
